You must have BROADBAND internet for enjoyable streaming of video and audio ... fast DSL or cable. Dial-up connections may attempt to download the complete media file in order to play it. This can be painfully slow. In addition, if the player embedded in the web page can not play the video or audio, you must install the newest video codecs. On most computers this is done automatically by the player; however if it can’t be done automatically click HERE and download the codec package for your operating system.

Mac users: Microsoft has no plans to provide future updates or product support for the Macintosh version of Windows Media Player... Sorry. There may be plug-ins available for the Macintosh Quicktime Player. Check HERE.
